I am unable to complete the installation of jaws 18. I downloaded it from the FS site, and it will get to the please wait page with all the clicks. But after awhile it says it could not be installed. I am using windows 7 home. Should I put 17 in first? I have 16 but hadn't installed 17 on this computer.
