In case anyone needs this, I solved the problem. When you go to Change User
Account Settings, there is an up down slider to adjust the level of
security. When it is set to 33%, Jaws does not read the pop up window. When
the slider is adjusted up to 66%, Jaws reads the window as it should. I
didn't check the 100% or maximum setting. Of course, you could turn it off
altogether, but that wouldn't likely be a good idea.

Gene is saying that she can no longer read the window. She doesn't
necessarily want to just hit yes or no. I haven't seen one of these windows
for a while so I don't know if my JAWS 18 with Windows 10 will read it. So,
the question, which nobody is answering, is "can you read the window using
JAWS 18 and Windows 10?"

Alt Y and alt N works to as mention.

All good info, but I used to be able to actually read this window. Now the
whole window is blank so far as Jaws is concerned. I can read it with the
built-in OCR. I can use the various keystrokes, or some of them, that
everyone
has mentioned. But Jaws doesn't read the controls as I tab in this window.
Just wondering why.

Yes, I want that message. I hear it, but I can't navigate to the
window to choose yes. I can do it with NVDA. I used to be able to do
it with Jaws, but for a while now I haven't been able to do it. I
don't know if I have turned something off or what. Any ideas how to get
