Hi: Off the top of my head I would say your problem may be memory, you know each of the JAWS releases get bigger and along with XP you may be pushing your memory limit. HTH, George R. No, I didn't upgrade to IE 7 on that computer. I have two computers and the one I am speaking of is an older one but it has windows XP and jaws 8.0.
