Why not install the printer in the server directly.so simple, actually you can 
mount several printers to the server.i have mounted 20 for the various branches 
we have. Anyway just find out if this works.

1. Try restarting the spooler from the client machine.

- start
- Run
- type cmd to enter command prompt
- type net stop spooler- its executed
- type net start spooler- its starts the printing service.

2. open jshell prompt in the server
- type REST-SPOOLER
the server will restart all the printers attached to it.
