Well there is nothing impossible, hope u'll find the better any how but, You have to have made changes to the id as in case of normal history files the ids change form TFXX to TFXX;1 depeneding upon the times modified and if you want it to be year wise than you can archive or backep up at years end. and your user infact had to put the Year along with the relvant TF id in any circumstances.
