What license problems are you referring to? I could find any mention of
such in this article.

As always our friend Brett tends to get a tad dramatic ;-)

However, if you read between the lines, all he really says is: THINK!
Consider your needs, consider your options, and make an educated action.
Can't argue there really.

IMHO however, I think that if we can get the J2EE scene rocking *there
will be* interesting synergy effects in terms of components being
created in one place and then used for other things. That's what I am
hoping for anyway, and J2EE+OpenSource is a way to speed up this
process. And there's no way that can happen without a component
architecture, and J2EE (and EJB especially), is the only way to get to
that point IMnsHO.
