I am sorry but you can't start new projects in jboss.

Please first make sure you have a base, getting a project off the ground is
tougher than just "I will put a module".
Also the board appoints the leaders to the new groups.

I don't have a significant problem with it, but it doesn't fly without our
consent. It just doesn't work this way.

just to let you know,  please take your case to jboss-board and we will vote
on it.
