Look in /lib/ext. There's a whole bunch of .jars there. They are
contained in jBoss. They need to be GPL. But they're not, hence we
cannot use GPL for jBoss as a whole. And we cannot GPL only the
container either, because of the virality upwards. 

I don't see how this can work. I honestly don't.
