Ya gotta be careful about this. Silence does NOT mean assent. You should
probably require a positive statement from every author before you change
to LGPL -- just to cover your legal butt. Yes, this is a pain, but it would
be even more of a pain to have to go to court some day unable to prove that
ALL of the software is legal.
