Ok, enough is enough...

I realize the Apache guys go and troll lists until you turn blue in the face
arguing licenses and then every one is scared because "if developers fight
that much, we can't touch this".  It is a good tactic and we got burnt once.

Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me...

Please folks don't touch the bait, Peter I recommend you go talk to Brian
Behlendorf, he was one to recommend this, along with Stallman, Bruce Perens
and the lawyers that go with it... but you probably know better in Austrilia

|Changing to LGPL does not make it any more legal to do what they are doing
|so the point is kinda moot - the software will be illegal either way.
