What I'm saying is that even if an instance is in the cache at point T
and an EJBObject to it is returned to the client, it may not be
available at point T+1. Since we're only doing an existence check and
not performing any actual work on the cache, it has little meaning to
synch the access. It won't buy anything.

Do you see how I mean?
