[jBoss-Dev] Project Guidelines

Hi,
just checking in,
are there any formal guidelines that the inner team can present to somebody
like me, who would like to get involved in the development of JBoss and
offer my help to the community?
A pretty good template I think is Apache/Tomcat's guidelines

The desire for a tag was for the EJX change, and I will do that then.

The config change was big, but manageable. The EJX change is much much
bigger.
