I was wondering trough various discussions in mail-archive about
clustering. They all seem to indicate that JINI would be the technology
to do it.
It seems like a nice technology, indeed, but as I was going to
use it in an other project, I discovered that the licensing scheme
for it seems to be very complicated, looks like one has to start
sending papers to Sun when it is used commercially.
So, when the future jBoss maybe includes JINI stuff, does one have
to get into agreement with Sun before I can run it in a commercial
site ? I hope I have understood these things wrong :-)
