Why the decision to remove apache and serve everything from tomcat?

since I am done porting the website and adding a few things, it will run on
JBoss/Tomcat now.
However not all is ported yet, most notably petstore is finicky and the
order in which we deploy the ears is important (go figure).
So bear with us and the website as we move all this online. Also JIVE will
be installed and jboss-user going online soon. Time to taste our own
medicine. If we are going to evangelize on our technology we better have
the track record *at home* to support it.
Again for the next few days the website will be a little messy and under
construction, thanks for your understanding,
