Why not, when you're at it, also build a java web start installer
(http://java.sun.com/products/javawebstart) - that way you've got an installer that
works on every platform that have a java vm installed (jdk1.4+, earlier versions
require a download of java web start - last time I checked it was about 1mb)? It's
also very easy to use - the user click on a webpage link, and voilá the installation
begins!
