Summary: Custom server configuration utility

Initial Comment:
The minimal configuration doesn't have quite enough in it
for some tasks, and the default config has a lot of
features that aren't often needed. Currently, if one wants
to create a pared-down configuration, one needs to
delete given files under /deploy and modify and remove
files under /conf, manually.

It would be convienient to have a tool to facilitate this
process, kind of like a package manager. Given that
dependencies are often declared in *-service.xml, it
seems that it should be possible to write a tool that
inspects the "default" or "all" configurations and then
allows the user to pick and choose the server modules
to add. Dependencies would be pulled in as needed.

Creating a custom configuration is useful for reducing
the start-up time (and probably the footprint, too). A tool
like this would make that process easier (It isn't all that
hard right now, BTW).
