The third is in connector/build.xml in target 'docs-javadocs'. I changed 'sourcepath' from '${source.java}' to '${build.gen-src}'.
Why did you need to do this?
Running
[EMAIL PROTECTED] connector]$ ./build.sh docs
works fine for me.
