Ok, that is what I thought.
Let's see if this can be an easy fix.
Seems like UIL2 doesn't leverage the smart RMI stubs.
Any suggestions how to attack this? Have UIL2 use
smart RMI stubs somehow, write a completely different
IL based on the smart RMI stubs or reuse OIL.

Currently the HAIL client stub is listening for
changes in the cluster topology and cancels the
connection when the singleton moves.
