It's an issue of seam-gen 2.0.1. It adds seam tools nature into .project but doesn't add seam builder. We have it somewhere in jira (can't find it now). So please try: 1. Project->Properties->Seam Settings 2. Uncheck "Seam Suport". Press "Applay". It will remove seam nature. 3. Check "Seam Suport" again. Press "Applay". It will add seam nature and seam builder. 4. Build your project.
