Found it myself. Here is an example:

  |         <client-bind-url>

This still leaves the problem of an invalid DTD. As soon as you add the DOCTYPE 
to jboss.xml it will not deploy.

  | <!DOCTYPE jboss PUBLIC
  |       "-//JBoss//DTD JBOSS 4.2//EN"
  |       "http://www.jboss.org/j2ee/dtd/jboss_4_2.dtd";>
