I have thought about it, but not enough to write it yet.  The fix for 
this is tied up in support for not null foreign keys, and the biggest 
problem in not null foreign keys is the insert/delete ordering logic. 
Effectively we need to build a directed dependency graph and then figure 
out the order for the inserts.  I haven't thought about issues like what 
to do when there is a circuit in the graph.

I could use some help in spec'n out the logic for the ordering code. The 
actual programming will be easy once the logic is determined 
(programming is always the easiest step).
