Copy xalan.jar, xercesImpl.jar, xml-apis.jar to <JAVA_HOME>/lib/endorsed, and <JAVA_HOME>/jre/lib/endorsed. Specify the -Dboss.server.data.dir=/path/to/server/data system property in your Jboss startup script.
