Essential Job Functions: In this exciting position, you will: - Become certified in the JBoss product suite. - Add value to the overall JBoss Support model. - Update the build process to track release contents and expand to support a patch tool. - Create an effective patch or maintenance pipeline, track what fixes are in the release, associated release notes and pending issues. - Create a comprehensive QA patch test bed. - Design and Develop a proactive support system, including a patch management service, integrated with the core development of the product suites. - Develop software programs to help resolve customer technical issues. - Assist in the development of efficient processes for utilizing the proactive support system. - Generate solutions to frequently asked questions.
