Only problem with the below is something I haven't stressed yet. Files
in our CVS/SVN are considered to be distributed (legally), so it's not
just doing a release that is bad.

Let's find out and cut it asap if it's GPL, ie) next thing you do on
JCS. If no one has time, let me know the directory/file and I'll go
remove it.

We quite simply can't have code that imports GPL code in our SVN (or
even worse the jars themselves, but I think you're using maven).

I'll talk to the board immediately about this. Formerly LGPL would
have to be excised in the same way as GPL, if the LGPL policy is
likely to be changed very soon (ie weeks) maybe I can get permission
to wing it until then.

Thanks to Henning for making me do more than just listen. My failure
in not stressing the importance of this; to give you a context, this
is now the most important issue in Jakarta.
