Just the web site is perfectly fine.

A while back Dirk Kraemer mentioned to me about using cron to take documentation (from cvs if I remember it correctly) and moving it to the web site on a nightly basis to keep it updated. You might ask him for any suggestions. I imagine he could do that (automate a build and deployment) quite easily.

What day should the build be done? Sunday so dbf is fresh on Monday or Thursday so dbf is fresh for the weekend. Sunday!?!

You are much further then i. Did not thought about details yet.

But what's about something like a weekly build just on the web site? SF
allows nightly build in the web sphere. It should be possible to do an
upload automatically - maybe with maven directly or an little
shell/batch script using scp or so..
