You could do this, but it would make much more sense to
download NTEmacs 20.3.1, which is the current version of emacs. All
future work is going to be done on the 20* versions anyway. It also
has a number of advantages over 19 (drag and drop support,
intellimouse handlers, more stable IMHO). Unless you have a very
good reason for sticking to 19.34 (mime mail is the only one I can
think of off hand), I would suggest upgrading to 20.3.
