It's probably a problem with one of your prj.el files or .emacs file, most
likely because the JDE is trying to load variables that were saved by a
previous, incompatible version. The problem can be solved by deleting and
recreating the prj.el file and deleting and recreating the jde variables
saved in your .emacs file.
