I've found that, when using the 'attach' feature, I have to suspend
the attached process (using the JDEbug->Processes->Suspend Process
menu item) before setting breakpoints, in order for the breakpoints to
be noticed.  I discovered this several betas ago, and have kept doing
it ever since (so I don't know if it's still required, but it works
for me).  YMMV.
