docset for J2EE

I have a jde-help-docset for Java 2 SDK that brings up the correct javadoc
html using "Help:Symbol at point" but the second docset for J2EE never finds
the selected javax class.
Is some other configuration needed for docsets like J2EE, Weblogic, TOPLink
etc.?
