I like the relative path stuff you are doing for the compilation.

However, if I were you I would not bother doing the compile mulitiple file
stuff. Instead I would suggest that you look into using ANT as your project
builder. As Paul said, use the JDE Build command.

ANT is a modern, sophisticated replacement for Makefiles. ANT is a
subproject of the Jakarta Apache group.
