Well... it's working right now for my compile stuff.

I will be posting my new module (jde-compile-plus) to the development
mailing list later today.
Here's what it does now:
- provides Jikes and Javac skeleton compiler functions
- provides env variable and relative path handling for compile
options
- allows project file to be saved to any location (via completion)
