I have 'upgraded' to the specs indicated in your message...same error. Any
ideas on the error message itself?

JDE 2.2.5 requires Semantic 1.2.1. It does not work with your 1.3.2!
This is mentioned in the Requirements of JDE.
If you want to use Semantic 1.3.2 you must upgrade to JDE 2.2.6betaX and
Speedbar 0.13a!
