Hi Jeb, Most of the XEmacs problems recently reported appear to be caused by the fact that XEmacs does not provide a match-string-no-properties function. The next release of the JDEE will provide the function. Meanwhile, you can get the fix by downloading jde-xemacs.el from the JDEE's Web CVS repository. Paul
