  Sounds to me like you need to explicitly state this on the website 
(Windows is not supported), and either remove the Windows build from the 
download site or put BIG BIG warning messages on it.  Apparently a lot 
of people have been trying this version recently, given the activity on 
the list.  I'd say that this question can easily be considered 
"frequent" enough to get answered clearly on the website and in the docs.
  Has ANYONE run it successfully?  If the answer is no, then remove it.
