Yeah, I tried the gcc30 and gcc31 packages (and of course, I installed the libsigc++ and libicq2000 ports, and I mentioned previously that I installed the iconv port), but it still wouldn't compile. The icqv7-t site specifically mentions a FreeBSD port, but I haven't actually *seen* it anywhere. Even the CVS tree seems to be out of date. Arg! Oh well. I guess I'll just keep using micq for now.... I wish I had time to study the APIs.... Maybe I'd be able to mutate micq into a transport :) Hmm.... Maybe I could whip something simple together in Perl... -- Ernest MacDougal Campbell III, MCP+I, MCSE <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> http://dougal.gunters.org/ http://spam.gunters.org/ Web Design & Development: http://www.mentalcollective.com/ This message is guaranteed to be 100% eror frea! _______________________________________________ jdev mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://mailman.jabber.org/listinfo/jdev
