By class model I'm assuming you mean UML. The latest Java IDEs from
Oracle and Borland can reverse engineer source and binaries to UML.
Rational Rose and Poseidon for UML can also do the job.

We have our application written in java.I would like to find the best

which will translate the java code to class model.This application was
written by the third party and now we need to do future developments to
modify the business rules and also peformance improvement.
This application overview is that it handles 25000 xml files of size 1
MB
/day from clients does schema validation and insert into Oracle
Database
and also retrieve clobs from database and write to clients directories.
