Considering that Gamin is clearly defined to be "Volatile", the
interfaces are not guaranteed to be Stable.  I think it would be
better to discuss configuration interfaces in the manpage even if we
neglected to mention them at ARC time.

Okay, based on Alan's comments, I think section 1 is correct.  Sorry.

It would be good to mention in the manpage that user's are expected
to go to the Gamin home page for API documentation.  The URL to the home
page, by itself, isn't so clear.
