One is that normally the order of the single byte chars is different from one of the multi byte chars and I wonder if it's the better way to change UI strings to define the order of the menu items. One UI change causes an untranslation bugs on 120 locales. Another is that gnome-panel does not have shortcut keys so it's difficult to launch applications on some locales. e.g. gedit can be launched with "Ctrl + Esc", 'a', 'a' and 'g' keys on C locale. How about adding a menu separator item?
