If JDS isn't the consolidation that actually integrates this into Nevada,
currently, then I'd agree.

Agree, because it's already duplicated software in Nevada.

I disagree. The reason spec-files-extra works well (IMHO) is because it uses
what's currently available in Nevada, and doesn't duplicate things 
unnecessarily.
