Hi Kevin, There is a standard preamble that we must insert before the beginning of the GPL text in the copyright file (see other SUNW*.copyright files for examples, it begins "For the avoidance of doubt...").
You haven't resolved the "/usr" issue; what is the
base dir of the pkg you are building? If all your files
are installed under /usr then /usr should be the BaseDir,
and you should have this line near the top:
SUNW_BaseDir: %{_basedir}
and remove the "/usr" entry from %files.
