That's not right, though.

I'm starting to think that the "where to put patches" rule[1] is too 
complicated for no good reason, so maybe we should just move all patches
into spec-files/patches and be done with it.

What do people think?

[1] you should only put patches in spec-files/Solaris/patches
    if they belong to a spec file that only exists in 
    spec-files/Solaris, i.e. there is no rpm spec file, only a Solaris
    one.  Examples are SUNWpng.spec, SUNWlibpopt.spec.
