Should we remove StoreRDB.java and CodecRDB.java from Java as part of this?
If not, then ModelRDB.java and IRDBDriver.java need to be kept in Jena or moved
into SDB.
CodecRDB is used only by StoreRDB and StoreRDB as far as I can see is unused.
