Yes - let's remove it from SDB as well. That part of the code is not used or
advertised and is currently untested. It's only a layout1 variation. It's
more than just ModelRDB and StoreRDB (assembler, ModelRDB) but I have run out
of time now to do an exhaustive check. SDB changes can be done now.
We need to remove the related Jena documentation as well from doc/ and the
staging website.
And a tag of jena-core needs doing - ideally that's after rewriting the license
to ASF which will happen soon.
This is a significant step for Jena - maybe a message on the dev list to make
sure everyone knows its happening would be good.
