Hi,

Here is the vote on a release build for Jena TDB 0.9.0

Staging repository:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachejena-192/

Proposed dist/ area:
http://people.apache.org/~andy/dist-tdb-0.9.0-RC-2/

This puts distribution.zip/.tar.gz files into the directory
jena-tdb-0.9.0-incubating/ and top level files the top level directory
renamed as "apache-jena-tdb-0.9.0-incubating" for consistency.

Keys:
http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/jena/KEYS

SVN tag:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/jena/Jena2/TDB/tags/jena-tdb-0.9.0-incubating-RC-2/

The module is tagged with the version and "RC-2" to indicate the release
candidate in this release cycle. If voted on successfully, the tag will
be changed ("svn mv") to the same name but minus the RC designation.

Please vote to approve this release:

[ ] +1 Approve the release
[ ] 0 Don't care
[ ] -1 Don't release, because ...

This vote will be open until:

Tuesday 7/February 23:59 UTC
(3 whole days: 72 hours from the same hour tonight).

I've used a clean(ish) machine to poke the distribution and source-release.

There isn't a log4j.properties in the distribution zip which means the commands complain about lack of log4j set up. Placing a file in the current directory fixes this.

Looking back, the apache-jena-X release didn't identify this because it ships a log4j.properties in it's root directory. That hides the problem but it's not a solution.
