KEYS check, build from source distribution checks, tag looks right,
LICENSE and NOTICE for the source distribution and for Maven artefacts
look good.
But clarifying questions before I vote ...
(1) The NOTICE file in the distribution
(apache-jena-tdb-0.9.0-incubating.zip) does not have all the entries
that there are in the NOTICE in apache-jena-2.7.0-incubating.zip) but
does include all the jena-2.7.0 jars. Specifically I can't see entries for:
PluggedIn Software
Apache HttpComponents Client
Apache Xerces Java
Is that deliberate and expected?
The NOTICE in the distribution is the same as the binary + the included
systems (non-Apache) that have a requirement to display something.
That's ICU4J and slf4j:
Their licenses require the copyright notice to be displayed so I put the
copyright notice in the NOTICE and the whole license in the LICENSE.
I don't believe that Apache requires any more than the text already there.

The Apache Software Foundation (http://www.apache.org/).
"""
The Plugged-in software should be there. I'll cut another RC.
Thanks for catching this.
(2) Not a blocker but the staged maven repository area [1] contains the
source and binary distributions as well as the maven artefacts. Given
this is one of the things that Sebb commented on for RC2 is it
possible/appropriate to remove those?
I'm open to suggestions as to what to do.

1/ the source-release falls in to this category.
2/ Where do non-maven-minimal files go? For snapshots?
