Hi Ian,
I want to create a simple poc :
like a user simply uploads a document in any format and it should be
persisted and now if any other user searches for the uploaded document then
searching should be done and user gets the exact match.

I think you need to back up a bit and explain what you're trying to do.
As Andy said, RDF is a data model while PDF is a document format. So I for one
can't really guess what your overall user requirement is.
