Put the document in the filestore and information about it in the RDF
(or other supporting framework).
("Any" format is a stretch if you want to do something sensible with
it. "One of a number of well-known formats" is much easier.)
("The exact match" is also optimistic. It depends what you're searching
for and matching on.)
