Not on the web properly, I'm afraid. Certainly not at jena.hpl.hp.com.

Having experienced one round of host renaming, I'm inclined to aim for
the final proper locations. There ought to be vocabulary files in the
codebase though - I tend to work in Java while it's evolving, then write
the TTL.
