Thanks for interest Paul. I have very little time for StarTeam. I did not have any definite plans for release of StarTeam plugin. The release should include running successfully all of the unit tests. (mvn test) My test setup is currently down and all admins are gone (for the day and insanely busy otherwise). Paul, Can you run the tests as described in README?
