Hi Jan,

I was running into some issues running the specific tests the other day
when doing a local build. I didn't document the issues, but one of them
was an issue converting time milliseconds during the OLEDate conversion
process (when determining the time stamp to use for the view config.) As I
was more interested in getting my local Jenkins instance going and
verifying my fix than I was troubleshooting the unit test results, I just
went ahead and used the test build and verified everything was working.
Now that I'm getting "settled in" a bit, I will take a look at this further
to verify that I can run the unit tests and get them to pass consistently.

Thanks,
Paul
